When a user logs on to the Excel4apps Wands, they will be presented with the same responsibilities that they are able to access though the Oracle. Should you wish to limit the responsibilities that can be accessed from the Excel4apps Wands proceed as follows:
- Log on to Oracle using a responsibility that can create profile options e.g. Application Developer.
- Navigate to the Profile menu item.
- Create a new profile option as follows:

- Then navigate to the System Administrator Configuration Options and tick the Show Excel4apps enabled Responsibilities Only item.
- In Oracle, flag the applicable responsibilities for use with Excel4apps Wands by setting this new profile option to Yes.
