This special drilldown extracts detailed GL balance records and presents them in a pre-formatted Excel pivot table. This report is useful for comparing time periods with each other, comparing actual, budget and encumbrance data, comparing currencies and generally for performing any analysis of the underlying general ledger balance records. Examples of how to use this functionality effectively will be added here soon.
To drilldown to the Analyze Balances report using a custom layout you must use the special button for this purpose
