To edit the layout of a Reports Wand report, open the report in Excel, and then click the Report Editor button:

This will open the report editor, which will be populated with the report columns:

Add or remove the required columns.

To save this layout as a template, select the Save as a template check box:

Click OK.

Field NameDescription
Template NameA new name used to identify the new template.
Public

Mark the template Public. Public templates are stored in the Shared Templates Drive and are accessible by other users.

Icon
  • Drilldown templates can only be marked Public if the Shared Templates Drive feature has been configured.
  • Although Public drilldown templates are stored in the Shared Templates Drive, the files are not visible from the Shared Templates Navigator.
  • Public drilldown templates can only be changed or deleted by the owner or a user granted the Excel4apps Wands System Administrator profile.

A description of the new drilldown template.

Icon

The description field is only active if the drilldown template is marked as Public.
