Security in Reports Wand for NoetixViews is based on Oracle Application Responsibilities. Should any responsibilities be modified on an Oracle users account, this functionality can be used to refresh the NoetixViews Security Manager to add or remove any necessary responsibilities.
The initial installation of Reports Wand for NoetixViews (OEM Edition) will have no security setup. Report Definitions based on NoetixViews will return no data until the NoetixViews Security Manager has been refreshed using this button. Only users that have been flagged as Reports Wand users (see System Administrator User Permisions) will be included in this security refresh.
