To create an RDM template navigate to RDM | Define | Create Template. You will be presented with a form to help create the template.

If you are going to use the Hide Zeroes functionality, it is recommended that you select the range here, as this needs to be in the exact format required.

Below is a simple example.

You can now click Create and a new workbook containing the template will be created.

This is a normal Excel workbook. However the structure must not be changed. The only changes that you may make to this workbook are to insert more lines and to populate the white fields. Any other changes will most likely corrupt the definition and Reports Distribution Manager will give an error when you try to execute the definition.

 Now you can modify the criteria if required and execute the definition.
